Aim- Seismic Analysis of the Heat Exchanger under Thermal and Structural/Mechanical Loads.
Brief-Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) has been performed to check the flow conditions and respective/critical parameters.
Thermal Analysis is performed to get the temperature variation of the component. Structural Analysis is performed for all operating loads (pressures, nozzle loads, bolt loads at flanges, thermal loads/contours).
Dynamic modal analysis and Seismic Analysis for the entire Heat Exchanger including the Support Structures was carried out.
The main objective of the project was to simulate Contact/Seal/Flange-opening/Nozzle-Pads for the Heat Exchanger Loads.
